These Terms and Conditions apply to the Firedeck mobile application, hereby referred to as the "Application," created by Adam Gelatka, hereby referred to as the "Service Provider," as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Firedeck is an independent developer tool. Firedeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google LLC, Firebase, or Google Cloud. Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, and related names, logos, and services are trademarks or services of their respective owners.

Firedeck allows users to connect with Google Sign-In and interact with Firebase and Google Cloud projects that their Google account already owns or has permission to access.

The Application may provide features for viewing or managing Firebase and Google Cloud resources, including projects, Firestore data, Cloud Storage objects, Remote Config parameters, Authentication users, Realtime Database data, Hosting releases, App Distribution resources, Cloud Functions, logs, Security Rules, App Check, Extensions, IAM information, and Cloud Messaging.

You are responsible for all actions you perform through the Application, including any reads, writes, updates, deletions, uploads, downloads, messages, permission-related changes, or configuration changes made to your Firebase or Google Cloud projects.

The Application connects directly to Google and Firebase APIs using your signed-in Google account.

The Application does not use a Service Provider backend, does not operate a token vault, does not use the Firebase Admin SDK, does not use service accounts, and does not grant access to projects that your Google account cannot already access.

The Service Provider does not control your Firebase or Google Cloud projects, permissions, data, billing, or account access.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, extraction of source code, reverse engineering, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is prohibited except where allowed by applicable law.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners.

The Application may be offered as a Freemium service. Certain features may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase.

Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated before purchase. Payments, refunds, and subscription management may be handled by Apple and/or RevenueCat according to their respective terms and policies.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. These may include:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat
• Google APIs Terms of Service
• Google Terms of Service

By using the Application with Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, or other third-party services, you are also responsible for complying with the terms, policies, quotas, permission models, billing rules, and acceptable-use requirements of those services.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful, reliable, and accurate, but does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, up to date, compatible with every device or operating system version, or suitable for your specific use case.

Firebase and Google Cloud APIs, quotas, permissions, service availability, billing behavior, and response data are controlled by Google or by your own project configuration, not by the Service Provider.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.

The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of internet access, poor connectivity, exhausted data allowance, API outages, Google/Firebase service issues, or restrictions on your account or projects.

You are responsible for any mobile data charges, roaming charges, third-party service charges, Firebase/Google Cloud billing charges, or other costs that may arise from using the Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple account, Google account, Firebase projects, and Google Cloud permissions.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise device security and may cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.

If your Google account, device, or Firebase project permissions are compromised, actions may be performed through the Application or through Google/Firebase services. The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, devices, credentials, project permissions, or third-party services.

The Application may allow you to view, create, update, delete, upload, download, send, or modify data in Firebase or Google Cloud projects.

You are solely responsible for verifying that your actions are correct before performing them. The Service Provider is not liable for data loss, configuration changes, billing changes, permission changes, downtime, failed deployments, failed messages, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to Firebase or Google Cloud data, project configuration, authentication users, storage objects, remote configuration, hosting releases, app distribution, logs, cloud functions, security rules, IAM permissions, messaging, billing, business interruption, or reliance on information displayed by the Application.

The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, charge for, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time.

The Application is currently available for supported mobile operating system versions. Requirements may change over time, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated or remain compatible with every operating system version or device.

The Service Provider may terminate or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if required.

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2026-05-20.
